Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
Returns
If you wish to return a product, it must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued.
Please note:

Original carriage/shipping charges are non-refundable.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item to be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, a £3.95 re-delivery charge will apply.
Faulty or Defective Products
If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us and provide a photo of the defective item.
We will review the issue and decide the appropriate action. In some cases, we may request that the item is returned to us for inspection.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or defective, we will replace the item.

If the item is returned and found not to be faulty, you may be responsible for the cost of re-delivery.
Microfibre Product Measurements
All measurements listed for microfibre products may vary with a tolerance of ±5%.
